You may make changes and cancellations to your booking at any time without charge, providing you do so at least 24 hours before your appointment.

Cancellations within 24 hours, for any reason I will keep the 50% non-refundable booking fee already paid.

Please give me as much notice as possible by calling 07903 646957 this then gives me a fighting chance to refill that appointment.

Also, please bear in mind I am predominantly mobile for spray tans and I plan my appointments based on location.  Therefore, it is not always easy to change your time or date or fit you in at another time to suit you,
